Steel Trusses Going Up on Buildings O & P
The roof structure is going on Phase B's final two buildings — clear-span steel trusses across the full width, no interior columns. 13 of the 24 units are already spoken for.
Mid-Beam Pour on Buildings O and P
The walls on Phase B's final buildings are going up in stages. Partway through the block, crews pour a reinforced concrete beam straight through the middle of the wall — tying block and steel into one solid piece.

How time flies. It's been ten years since we converted Treasure Chest Rental Storage into Vehicle Fortress Condominiums.

Phase B: The Final Slab
The final slab on Phase B's second building is down — 870 cubic yards of concrete across 43,000 square feet. Both buildings are now out of the ground, and the last phase of Vehicle Fortress is taking shape.
