How is a car storage condo different from a rented storage unit?
A rented unit is a monthly bill with no equity, and the landlord sets the rent. A Vehicle Fortress unit is a deeded condominium you own: title, equity and a vote in the owner-controlled association. It's enclosed, air-conditioned and yours to use, lease or customize.
Is the unit air-conditioned?
Yes. Air conditioning is included in every unit. It protects your cars from Florida heat and humidity and makes the space comfortable to work in.
Can I put in a car lift?
Yes. Ceilings are 19 ft clear, tall enough for car lifts and stacked storage, and owners may customize their units.
