Many of our original owners lived within seven miles. Today they come from Marco Island, Sanibel, Fort Myers Beach, Punta Gorda, Lakeland, Fort Lauderdale, and beyond, with more than half now residing in Naples.

From the start we were deliberate about what we didn't build. Permanent stairs, private restrooms, and mezzanines consume valuable floor space and raise the cost of every unit. We kept the floor plan open and put the money into the building itself: concrete block construction, fire sprinklers throughout, and air conditioning in every unit.
Ten years in, we still believe it's the best value in the industry.
The “man cave” has only grown in popularity, and our owners haven't missed out. They've personalized their units with epoxy floors, custom paint schemes, upgraded lighting, cabinetry, and displays for their hobbies, with a mezzanine available to anyone who wants to add one. What they don't have to build themselves, we maintain: clean restrooms, showers, and laundry.
